Is it possible to change my appointment?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the appointment time.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
All cancellations must be made before 24 hours of the appointment. Any cancellations after the 24 hour period will require full payment of the session.
What if I don’t know what kind of massage I need?
Our therapists can help you decide on a strategy based on your unique situation. Never need to feel pressured into choosing a technique or modality. We don’t label any massage treatments and whatever methods we use will not change the price of the session.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be made prior to seeking treatment or training.
How often should I see my practitioner?
It varies based on your individualized treatment and situation. Your practitioner will work with you to plan a schedule of treatments based on your needs, issues, and goals.
